How you can help
With no Government funding and very little funding from the local authority, the Kirsty Appeal relies heavily on the generous donations and support of the general public. There are plenty of ways you can help make a difference...

Payroll Giving

Donate Your Tax Rebate
Did you know you can elect to donate all or part of any tax rebate you may receive from a self assessment to a charity of your choice? If you wish to donate this money to The Kirsty Appeal, all you need to do is fill in the appropriate box in your self assessment form with our registered number 328659. Please do not write the name of the charity, but use this code instead. In addition, all donations can be Gift Aided and you can choose to make your details known to us, or stay anonymous if you wish.
(And don't forget to complete a Gift Aid declaration so the Government will give us 28p for every £1 you give. See tax effective giving for more information.)
Wills and Legacies
Please speak to your financial advisor about giving in your Will or Legacy.
An Employee Benefit Trust
This is a trust set up by a company for the benefit of its employees. The company pays an amount into the trust to be distributed to the employees. However the trustees could make a donation to Francis House instead. Contact a financial advisor for more details.
Donate a Prize
As a way of raising money Francis House often hold auctions or prize draws. So, if you have any unwanted items that you think we could use please drop them in to the Hospice, or to our office at 27a Oxford Road, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 2ED.
